Workflow for hand colouring effect

1. Use full colour image
2. Make 2 duplicate layers
3. Layer 1 - desaturate using channel mixer and rename monochrome
4. Increase contrast on layer 1
5. Layer 2 - Apply gausian blur to 18 pixels and rename blur
6. Blend using overlay
7. Reduce colour by opacity
8. Add adjustment layer with photo filter to add background tone via density slider
